I'm shocked
I'm shocked Tim Russert died. I always valued his opinion despite some people here. RIP Tim.

We lost Tim Russert while we are still stuck with the Bill O'Reilly's of the world. The man was the best political interviewer on TV and he will be sorely missed. The 2008 Presidential race has changed today because of the loss of Tim Russert and it isn't a change for the better.

3. Yes, at least he was professional and somewhat old school.
He wasn't really part of the new garbage.

4. Yes.
There was no shock and awe from him.

5. While I regret his passing,
he was certainly not the "best political interviewer." The "best political interviewer" can come up with a more substantive question for a presidential candidate in a debate than "Have you seen a UFO?"

The fact that I don't appreciate him professionally is beside the point. His passing is a tragedy, and my heart goes out to his family.
