"He worked to the point of exhaustion" on this campaign....
-Tom Brokaw

He was a poltical junkie and was apparently loving this presidential race.

So sad.

2. Her who?
Clinton? She lost months ago and Russert felt no reason to pretend otherwise. You'll notice Brokaw said "presidential election."

3. It's the same mentality that makes me an enemy if I won't lie for a coworker
Sorry it's my choice whether or not I want to bullshit the world for you. It was his too.

5. Hmm? I'm really not following.
Why was Russert supposed to "lie for a coworker" and pretend Clinton had a shot?

6. Just making an analogy that relates to my personal life.
All this hatred for people who just called it like it was because they refused to play the "But it COULD happen in another dimension" game.

7. hounding?
What was he at her house?

If you cant stand the heat of talking heads, then how are you going to stand the heat of being president.

Unlike you, I give a little more credit to Clinton that no talking heads had any role in her staying in or getting out.

8. He did love it. You could see it in his face. He was thoroughly delighted..
to be witnessing history. Sadly he won't get to see the outcome.
