Meet the Press with Bill Moyers |
|
Who could possibly have a problem with this other than Bill-O? Respected. Tested. Credentials? You're kidding me right? Ethical? I think so.
But of course, he's not mainstream. Sad.
Sign him up now.

I was just thinking of the same thing. Not sure they could work out a deal, but who knows?

6. I made thaat suggestion earlier today. I suspect he would not be considered |
|
though, not only because he's "not main stream" but because he's too old. I would think NBC would want someone who would GROW into the job, just as Russert did, and at 70 or so, you can't do that.

10. Bill Moyers was once mainstream back when we had real news. |
|
Now he's regarded as a fringe lunatic. It makes me wonder why the patients are still running the asylum.

the MIC and corporations don't want the truth spoken on NBC or anywhere. Moyers gets trotted out by the major outlets to talk about issues of little consequence once in a blue moon when they need a quick dose of journalistic credibility. Otherwise, he's relegated to indy and public broadcasting land.
