large portions of CR will be bulldozed. This is a pretty significant disaster. Some beautiful single family housing is under water, nice, solid, working class housing. It's really sad. I've two sets of family in the area and both are virtually locked into where they live. Their small towns are islands, not accessible by car, only by boat.
