Who has been to an Obama event?
we're going to hear him monday in detroit and i'm wondering how early before the doors open we should get there?

3. Get there early...I saw
him in downtown Dallas at noon on a Monday and he filled Reunion Arena to the rafters. You'll enjoy the experience of seeing him in person.

9. i'm really looking forward to it
my son and i are kind of old hat at political events, but my nephew is going to be joining us for his first ever. i'm glad it's Obama - it's a guarantee that he will enjoy the experience!

got there about 3 hours before the event, i bet it's a longer line now though.

got there 2 hours prior, huge line, not everyone got in.

it was SO worth it!!! have fun, take lot of photos!

10. I just saw him in St. Paul
Get there 4-5 hours ahead of time. We were there 3.5 hours and got in, but would have been less stressful to be there earlier.

On the other hand, it was really fun to be in line. Here's my post about the event.
