Regarding McSame and Bush, a friend of mine made this comment in an e-mail:

"Bash McCain for his stance on Iraq, and I really have
no response. But try to call him Bush Jr. and it is
going to backfire. They couldn’t be more politically
different."

I know their stances on Iraq are pretty much the same, but I'm not sure about the other issues.

Can anyone help me out with some websites where I might be able to compare the two idiots?

Or specifics, if you've got 'em!

But in my defense, the bizarro world combination of Mccain and realultimatepower.net was just too good to pass up.

3. Show him this video

and congratulate him on his superiour grasp of the difference between the two, which oddly enough, seems to escape the average "person on the street".

4. McCain likes Scalia and Alito
Bush likes 'em too...

Both against choice
Both against equal pay
Both against healthcare for children
Both against negotiation
Both for MORE DEREGULATION of financial institutions

The list goes on and on...

6. Tell your friend McCain himself has insisted they share the same positions
on all the important issues.

RUSSERT: The fact is you are different than George Bush.
SEN. McCAIN: No. No. I-the fact is that I'm different but the fact is that I have agreed with President Bush far more than I have disagreed. And on the transcendent issues, the most important issues of our day, I've been totally in agreement and support of President Bush.

9. Typical...
Religious nuts fought for 30 years about the difference between Catholics and Lutherans.

RWers can't see differences where they clearly exist, and can't see similarities that are obvious.

McCain voted to support Bush 95% of the time, according to some voices I trust. Yeah, there's some night and day divisions. :sarcasm:

12. Ask your friend to check McCain's voting record,
especially recently. I believe he voted with Bush 100% of the time.
