Now that the GOP has given us another disaster in Iowa and Wisconsin, I propose we sic the internets on them by creating new macros for this latest disaster.

GOP may give a lame or worse-than-lame RESPONSE, exacerbating the disaster. GOP did not "give us another disaster" though. Just fucked up another disaster.

edit: I have this thing about accuracy and precision in writing. I guess I am a throwback to an earlier age...

Or, you've been following the news.

Everyone who has been watching the news knows what happened, is angry about it and not making excuses for another GOP-created disaster.

No one implied the GOP caused flooding.

Or rain, as you inferred.

Rain does not always mean flooding. If you were keeping up with the news, you would have known that several levees broke, causing the flooding.

Now, has there been anything in the past few years about breaking levees? Or, how about the National Weather Service warning about extensive flooding in the midwest.

Or, does your "precise writing" not allow for history?

I wouldn't call you picky, I'd call you an apologist.
