Gingrich says the latest SCOTUS decision granting Habeas Corpus to Gitmo detainees could "cost us a city"..

I have a hard time understanding how presenting your case in court equates to blowing up a city. Why soo little faith in the American system of justice?

Like I heard on Thomm Hartmann's radio program, it's not so much the possibility of release of detainees they fear but the public revelation of the torture they have used on these people.

1. Those who are in charge of this govt. ie. bush and friends

let New York City buildings be brought down while people were working in them. He ignores those stuck in horrific storms, and turns his back on those struggling with illegal banking and work place abuses. He gouges us at the pumps and leaves us very little left to educate our children. I would say that is more devastating than what this other rep. is complaining about could happen.
