Exactly what would it take to 'catch' bush in a lie under oath?

I know I'm really 'reaching' here, but is there ANYTHING that they can pull bush into court over, so they can officially, legally, and once and for all finally catch him in a bald faced lie?

Because if anyone could pull off this mighty feat, we might be able to impeach, or prosecute the slimy son of a bitch.

Is it too far beyond the scope of believability to dream of this far fetched scenario? As recent history has shown us, you only need to catch the president in one little white lie to totally assassinate him politically, and practically shut down the government for two years in the process.

Has bush told any obvious lies that we can drag him into a perjury trap over? Seriously, can you think of any? Even one?

I can see Chucklenuts wandering around the kitchen with a pocket full of sweetheart deals for his friends, fixing himself a glass of tea. In the background Conyers and Waxler are pretending to be putting away laundry and yelling, "I'll be right there." right before the camera crew and Chris Hansen pop out to grill him on his many lies, frauds, killings, and felonies. When he tries to run the cops nab him and the next thing you know he is on the way to The Hague.

And that's no certainty. He's already "testified" with no notes and "off the record" for the 9/11 inquiry and the Plame case, and he could and did lie like a rug in both cases.

The problem is a sitting President is immune from direct criminal prosecution while in office...and that obviously includes about lying about starting a war and almost anything else this shitstick lets out of his piehole. However, if you lie in a civil case about weather a blow job is sex or not...That's Impeachable. Sheesh

It won't be his words that are his crimes, it's his deeds and what has been done under his name. It won't be what he told us, but told someone else that led to pulling the trigger or carrying out torture or some other incident that is the smoking gun...and then it'll require the complete revamping of the Justice system to make it a true law enforcement agency again.

This is why Bush, Cheney, and Rove request to answer questions informally and refuse to testify under oath. Get them under oath in impeachment proceedings or in front of a REAL special prosecutor (NOT Fitzgerald!) and the job is done. They can't open their mouths without lying.
