Al Franken in a poll.
Senator Russ Feingold (D-WI) has an organization called "Progressive Patriots."

They're doing a poll.

The winner of the poll gets $5,000 from "Progressive Patriots."

I voted for Al Franken. Franken speaks out against people like Rush Limbaugh and Bill O'Reilly.

Franken is also for Net Neutrality and against the 2005 Bankruptcy Bill.

4. If the money goes to Al Franken, it will be used to try to unseat a Republican...

2. I voted for Jeff Merkley....
He needs all the support he can muster to beat Gordon Smith.

Note: upon first glance I couldn't take my eyes off Scott Kleeb. Wowsa.

14. Franken will win..

I didn't even know any of the other ones. Franken will win just because of name recognition (not that he doesn't deserve it too!).

15. I voted for Lunsford, not because of his progressive credentials*, but
because he is running against Mitch McConnell.

*He has few.

16. I'd like to see Mitch McConell defeated, too.
If Mitch McConell wins this year, then I hope he'll choose becoming a lobbyist over another run (he'll be 72 in six years.)
