Here we go again. Just two months after we broke Recipegate comes news that Cindy McCain is up to her old tricks. The July 2008 issue of Family Circle featured an article in which each (it went to press before Hillary conceded) of the presidential candidates' significant others submitted a cookie recipe.

2. ahhhhh, when are they going to give that the coverage it deserves?
there's only one real article about that stinking fiasco, which involves, most likely, perjury....certainly lying to the press, if she told the truth to prosecutors

have you read the story in the Phoenix New Times, I think it's called? Salon picked it up, but EVERYthing I've found on it goes back to that story. the local Phoenix news outlets didn't apparently get past the damage control. I don't have Nexis, so I don't know how widely the story was told, but that one disappeared down the memory hole faster than Bush's abortion story on CNN (Larry Flynt's appearance/reference to it being scrubbed from the online transcript)

I sure would like to know how they paid/threatened Tom Gosinski to call him off, and make him unavailable for comment.

did they use the same mojo on him they used on Carol?

here, in case you missed it....the details are really disgusting

I think this is a slightly different/shorter version of the above
