Part 2 - McCain and the "angry" Americans: This is what we would post if we were like the other side

John McCain said today that "Americans are angry."

See the video at the bottom of this page:

http://rawstory.com/news08/2008/06/16/question-about-supporters-rape-joke-agitates-mccain/

All I can say is that McCain must see a different America than the one I see, which is full of optimistic people with their heads held high, ready to take on anything and willing to maintain their faith and vitality of spirit in the face of anything -- the people who defeated the Nazis and Imperial Japan at great sacrifice, but without complaint.

THAT is the America I see. McCain is out of touch. He is an elitist who sees the "little guy" as angry and hostile. Shame! These comments show breathtaking arrogance.

Please join me in calling on McCain to apologize for his ELITIST comments and to apologize to the working men and women of America -- the ones he clearly LOOKS DOWN ON! SHAME!

1. To some extent McCain is right, Americans ARE angry
But he doesnt understand that Americans are angry at the Republican policies that have led to financial insecurity and war.

Were angry with the GOP, so he's screwed.

3. Angry White, especially Old, Republican Men
I seem to have met and known a lot them these days. You can be sure they will be voting for McCain. Birds of a feather.
