The Rich Need More Help! Bush to the Resue!(Bush History: 6/18 Wednesday)
President Bush on this date works to solve a serious problem: how to help the rich get more rich, more quickly. Bush pushes to repeal the estate tax on the wealthy, a tax historically used to pay government bills in a time of war and deficit. Also, currently in the news, a quote from John McCain on this very same issue (it sounds like more of the McSame).

1. It never ceases to amaze me how middle-class types just automatically buy into the idea
that these tax cuts for the wealthy are going to come back to us as jobs.

There is nothing in writing, no contract, no gaurantee that ANY of that money will be reinvested in our economy, especially with TRANS-NATIONAL corporations governing the United States.

It's sooooooo frustrating that people are so stupid that they think these tax cuts will do them some good; makes me want to give up on these IDIOTS!.

5. If trickle down economics really works, we should be giving money away to the rich
and not just stop taxing them. We should be taking money from the poor and middle class and giving it as gifts to the rich so they will wisely and benevolently invest it and create industry and jobs in the United States, as the only incentive the rich have is to benefit the nation and not to make money for themselves.

We should enjoy giving all our money away to the rich, sitting back, and being trickle-downed upon. It's such a great idea, right?

2. Well, if we DON'T help the rich, they'll never share their wealth with the rest of us.

4. The logical conclusion? I guess we should just give up trying to tax the rich at all.
Reminds me of what Bush said in the 2004 campaign. He criticised Kerry for wanting to cancel bush tax cuts for the rich. Bush said that the rich, with their accountants, will just figure out how to avoid paying the taxes anyway. The logical conclusion? I guess we should just give up trying to tax the rich at all.

3. But these tax breaks will create jobs!
in India, Sri Lanka, Thailand, etc., etc., etc.
