Need some clear examples of Constitutional violations of the Bush White House |

and, also the clause in the Constitution (including the Bill of Rights and the other amendments) that is being violated.
I can say that violating his oath of office for starters by using signing statements and by not enforcing/following many existing laws means he is violating the part that says, "I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States" because he is not faithfully executing the office...
Thanks!!

3. there are some subtle ones too |

such as his using tax money to support faith based initiatives, and his use of military for domestic issues (which he has gone around by using mercenaries).
There are other problems as well, such as using tax money for propaganda (at least three times that I can think of, in that fake news scandal from a few years ago), but that is not Constitutional I don't think.

4. Don't forget the disaster-industrial-complex "reforms"... |
|
...where they basically hold funds/assistance hostage until a community changes their laws so that GOP-friendly businesses profit from the disaster.
