I only lumped them together in the same thought because they are among the leaders against whom Bush harangues the most; it's ironic that our attempted (temporarily successful?) coup against Chavez and invasion of Iraq are the two major events that catapulted these two politicians on the world stage. That said, I think Chavez is a baffoon.
