Anybody here know much about Charlie Brown in CA?
I just replied to an ad on Craigslist for assisting in canvassing, etc. i figured if i am looking to get involved, and looking to find some extra work, why not combine the 2...?
i checked out his website and he looks like a good dem...but any other information you guys know would be cool.
thanks!

1. He's running for Doolittle's spot

John Do-Little is finally calling it quits, as he is linked to the Jack Abramoff scandal. Brown narrowly lost to Do-Little in the last election, which was pretty sweet in this very red district.

I know some DU'rs who post in the California forum are volunteering for him - you might want to ask over there. I've only been able to send some contributions his way so far. He appears to be a progressive, strong candidate. Having a military background is definitely a plus for him in this district. I've got high hopes that he can take it this time around, given enough support.

5. He's a good guy!
I'd give him help, but Jeff Morris in District 2 (my district) needs every bit of help he can get! :o

6. There are allegations of him goofing in the halls.
He's gonna get caught, just wait and see.
