I Want a List of the TRAITOROUS, SPINELESS House Dems that Voted to Give Immunity to Bush.
Does anyone have a list of the Dems who voted in favor of removing the last best chance we had to prove illegality on Bush's part. And, make no mistake, while the Telecoms wanted the security, this CAPITULATION was more about insulating Bush and any of the turn-coat, Dems who knew about warrantless spying and approved it.

WE NEED TO KEEP THE TRAITOR LIST ALIVE AND VOTE THE BASTARDS OUT OF OFFICE. A vote of "YES" for the FISA Bill should equal a swift kick in the ass and out of power.

2. Ask and ye shall receive
The 105 Capitulators from the http://www.boomantribune.com/">Booman Tribune

Below the fold I have the list of the 105 Democrats that voted to shred our 4th Amendment rights. As you'll see, the group is made up almost entirely of members of either/both the New Democrat Coalition or the Blue Dog Coalition. In addition to members from those two caucuses, almost every remaining offender is either a member of the leadership, holds an important chairmanship, sits on Silvestre Reyes' Intelligence Committee, or represents New York's metro region (and therefore might fear getting blamed for a terror attack).

4. Since when does this give immunity to Bush? Have you read the bill?

5. By immunizing the Telecoms...they will NEVER be forced to testify about what Bush ordered them to do
And, that is a SHIELD of immunization for Bush. Without cases making it to court, there will NEVER be any real understanding or accountability for what Bush did.

7. They do not get immunity unless the Admins shows what they told the telecoms!
So, what you say is the opposite of the new bill.
They only get imumnity is it is demonstrated that the Admin. made a valid request.
That forces a showing!!

11. Yes. Actually, it appears both the telecoms and Bushco are backed into a corner on this one.
IMHO.

12. Forces a showing...assuming that a valid case can be brought to court.
Any lawsuit attempting to force the case was likely to use the tact of going through the telecom's collusion, which is now moot. No court is going to hear a case against the telecoms on this matter because of this bill.

Defend them and jump through hoops if you want, but the take home message today was one of SPINELESS DEMS capitulating the telecom pressure and Bush bullying.

6. Why is it that Republicans all vote in lockstep but Democrats have so many traitors?
(traitors to the party I mean). You see this all the time. Republicans get what they want because they all (with very few exceptions) vote for it and also manage to get many Democrats to also vote for it. Of course I realize that many of those Democrats are DINOS or Blue Dogs (in my opinion not really Democrats but the question is how to get rid of them).
