Andrew McCarthy, the lead prosecutor against Sheik Omar Abdel Rahmen and the other men responsible for the first World Trade Center bombing in 1993, recounts the case in Willful Blindness: A Memoir of the Jihad. Mr. McCarthy presents his thoughts on the trial and the current state of the war on terror. The author discusses his book with Hugh Hewitt, host of the nationally syndicated radio program, "The Hugh Hewitt Show," and executive editor of Townhall.com.

Timothy Colton, director of the Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies at Harvard University, recounts the life of Boris Yeltsin, the first publicly elected leader in Russian history (1991-1999). This event was hosted by the Harvard Coop in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Andrei Cherny, The Candy Bombers: The Untold Story of the Berlin Airlift and America's Finest Hour
Andrei Cherny discusses the Berlin Airlift that began on June 24, 1948, when the Soviet Union decided to deny access to West Berlin and planned to starve the city unless the Americans left. Although outnumbered, the American and British forces responded by airlifting supplies to West Berlin until the blockade ended in May 1949. Mr. Cherny explores how this incident shaped the Cold War. This event was hosted by Changing Hands Bookstore in Tempe, Arizona.
