i need to get one thing straight. this FISA bill still has to go to the senate right?
isn't it possible it won't pass the senate? did i just hear olbermann say that obama is supporting it?

is it worth it to write and call our senators? is it worth it to inundate obama's campaign with notes and emails? to let even republican incumbents know that their constituency cares about the rule of law even if congress doesn't?

another thing. won't it be challenged just like the other bushie law that was just struck down by the supreme court?

as an aside, nancy pelosi makes me sick. really sick. i was actually yelling at my computer this morning. not for the first time in the past 7 1/2 eternal years of course. all the democrats who are putting politics ahead of what's right - and WRONG, BAD politics at that - make me sick.

1. Not law yet, it goes to the Senate, Obama is supporting it.

I personally plan on calling Senators all weekend. it ain't over till it's over.
Yesterday i was beyond mad, I felt beaten. Today I'm getting some fire back.

3. I have been e-mailing all morning.

Although I live in Florida and e-mailed my Senators, I am also writing to my former Senators using my former addresses in states where I have lived. The next thing I will do is get on the phone and do some calling but can't do that until I come back from canvassing for Obama today. Let's all get on this bandwagon to stop this FISA Bill from being passed!!
