Katrina, Midwest flooding, etc. = torture through inaction. |

The purposeful inaction of BushCo regarding the clear human suffering involved in New Orleans and the Midwest is best described as torture. Allowing people to suffer when you have the clear ability to help, is torture. Mocking them in addition to allowing them to suffer, is sadism on top of torture (not much difference there...)
These people enjoy dominance and torture through both action (foreign prisons/prisoners) and inaction (Katrina, etc.) Time to remove them.
