Convicted Sex Offender Wins Lottery
I kinda don't know what to say but that some things in life will never make any sense. Listen to what he says he's gonna do with the money! Not really political but I thought I should share it with you guys anyways:

The guy could have committed statutory rape with his 17 year old girlfriend, years ago. You don't know. What an ignorant and hateful news article.

According to the Corrections Department's offender profile, Topous pleaded guilty to assault with intent to commit sexual penetration in 1999 and pleaded guilty to breaking and entering charges in 1984 and 1988.

He hasn't been in trouble for 10 years or under supervision for the last 2. Doesn't bother me.

Random chance, based on who has a ticket.

Personally, if I won the $57 million, I'd probably just go into poor neighborhoods and give it away (I'm avaricious enough to keep a million for myself, though).
