Today's Talking Points

The Issue: Time for Solutions
John McCain will put the national interest ahead of partisanship, he will work with anyone who sincerely wants to get this country moving again. If John McCain is elected President, the era of the permanent campaign will end. The era of problem solving will begin. Read More...

The Issue: Partisanship
There are serious issues at stake in this election, and serious differences between the candidates. And we will argue about them, as we should. But it should remain an argument among friends; each of us struggling to hear our conscience, and heed its demands; each of us, despite our differences, united in our great cause, and respectful of the goodness in each other. 1. There's not enough asbestos in the world
to protect the trolls at those places. Especially since "Today's Talking Points" will be there for everyone to see.

This should be fun to watch.

3. Would this do as a talking point?

Superlatives are what one uses when speaking about John McCain.

For example, he graduated among the lowest in his class at the Naval Academy.

4. This explains why the GOP-controlled media started...
...a new talking point claiming Obama is a media creation.

It never fails: whenever the GOP pulls some crap, they always claim liberals are doing it.

6. McSame will have to learn the computer in order to read those inbred talking points.
How pathetic is it that he's encouraging trolling, when his own abuser has had to have no-free-speech zones -- particularly signed loyalty oaths -- whenever he appears somewhere.

8. And so the folks at dailykos, crooks and liars, etc
will, every morning, check out this site so they can crash down in sarcastic flames the trolls who try to use the points. I can see it now---"You know, you should have chosen to argue Talking Point Two instead of One, because it is obvious from what you said you know nothing about the subject. And since Two is about differences in the candidates, your very support of McCain shows it up very nicely--and lets the world know that Obama is the obvious choice for President." I know this will go right over the troll's head--but it will be fun for the rest of us.

19. Not much fun here
Working two jobs - or actually a full time and a freelance job and neither are what I want to do or making the money I need to.

Looking to fix that but in stasis right now.

I am married to that artist! Investing a lot to make a little is our way of life. But oh, the glamour of it all. here's some of his work: http://jenkinsarts.com

My employer is downtown but I am working from home for them. If I do have to go in, will give you a call to arrange that drink.

12. E-mails for trolls
They put the trolls on a mailing list too. So if they are planning to spread anything nasty, they'll probably use the E-mail list.
