What I found amusing is the way in which her arrogant tone has been tempered.
A panel is discussing her comments now. Condi is not popular.

...which is why they always use names to specify certain incidents.
For instance: the Bush attack on Iraq is their way of washing their hands of a McCain attack on Iran and any other attacks later on.
If they are all called GOP wars, a clearer picture can be painted for the general public.
The GOP gas price failure.
The GOP failed reactions to floods
The GOP sub-prime mortgage crisis.
And on and on...

I was always impressed by Zakaria's ability to hold George Will in check. Each time Will would crank out some dusty old precedent about this or that disaster in the middle east, Zakaria would slap it down, identifying it as either irrelevant or so fundamentally different as to be inapplicable.
He was a recurring bright spot on an otherwise increasingly disappointing show.
