Braaaaawck..Braaaaawwwk !!

John McCain ALSO "signed his name of a piece of paper"..many pieces of paper..when he was a prisoner.. He also made films that they used for propaganda..

Many people "sign their names" on pieces of paper..all the time, and they do not always "mean it"..or even "understand" it" when they do..

I am not "excusing" either one of them or necessarily criticizing either...just stating a fact.. People sign stuff all the time, and then circumstances change ..

Everyone who ever had a foreclosure or a car repo-ed also "signed" a paper promising to pay those payments, but then their circumstances changed...

People sign marriage licences and marriage certificates, and then go on to divorce..

I'm sure there are even people who write & sign suicide notes...and then change their minds..

Not every signature on a "piece of paper" is a "big deal"..

We have a president who swore on a Bible, in front of billions of people watching him on tv, and that did not stop him from going against everything he promised..

6. So, Obama followed the law and McCain didn't
And like a typical Republican, McCain is crying about it.

7. That's why I don't sign nuthin'...
in case I ever run for Preznint.

I just got my California Driving License (after not having a license for the last 10 years) and gave them an address that I just made up on the spot.

And they didn't make me take the driving test because the lady behind the desk thought I was "too cute and funny".

I am fifty-fucking-eight years old, and she thought I was "too cute".

Goodness.

11. Oh - I should have known.
Lindsey Graham was SO disappointed that Obama LIED to us (on Meet the Press this morning).

Biden kind of put it in perspective -- With over 1.5 million contributors with average contributions under $100, Obama achieved the goal and purpose of campaign financing (get big money out of it), without using taxpayers' money,

4. A recent clip of McShame saying Obama signed to take public funding.
Edited on Sun Jun-22-08 01:57 PM by papapi
Which, of course Obama didn't. He signed an agreement to NEGOTIATE on public funding. So did McShame.

12. I hope Obama waves the fucking piece of paper at the camera
and shows exactly what it was he signed. Then tells McCain to shut up.

13. That's the key point that nobody in the media seems to grasp
Obama never made a pledge to use public funding except if conditions were met. Those conditions were never agreed upon by the two parties.

Frankly, I'm surprised that Obama isn't fighting back on this.

20. I suspect he knows that this is a non-issue
and that giving it any more credence will only further the manufactured news cycle on it.

The only people who care are those running McCain's campaign. He's screwed, and he knows it - so he's really trying to make this a trust issue. I don't think if you stopped any three people on the street they'd even know about this, much less care.

5. campaign finance promise
or what?

Myself, given a choice between having him win and having him keep his word, I'd rather see him win. Unfortunately, after 2004, it seems that nobody can change their mind without being called a flip-flopper.

17. Doubtful he would have signed it.
The Constitution is too liberal a document, giving too much power to the People.

15. Is there any doubt that old man McCain is going to blow a gasket
during this election? If he has Lindsey Graham and other vestibules of filth out bangin the drum, can this lost his marbles geezer be far behind?

18. Hey Fucktard, Obama might have signed a piece of paper, but YOU took an oath,
an oath to uphold the constitution, but you'd rather strap on your knee-pads a pay homage to Bush on your knees than worry about THAT silly little piece of paper.

19. Eh. This will be a complete non-issue in a week.
No one out there who isn't part of the McCain machine gives a hoot about this.

People are really hurting; this is not an issue that touches people's lives in the least.
