1. I feel pretty comfortable with Brokaw - although it's only through November.

I was disappointed in Brian Williams today (not that I had high expectations), but he didn't really engage Biden or Graham on any questions - just threw out the question, waited for a reply, then moved on to the next topic on his list.

Maybe he was nervous.

He knew that he'd be judged against Russert. With Brokaw, he doesn't have too much to prove.

Tom Snyder told me that Brokaw cannot pronounce the letter "l".

That's why they nicknamed the Lockheed L-1011 "TriStar" because Brokaw refused to try to say "Lockheed L-1011".

4. Bring back the PRESS!!...

...It wasn't always "Meet an Overpaid Electronic Media Celebrity," only after Russert took over.

Bring back the panel of actual journalists, those who know how to chase down leads, do research and file a story.

Brokaw harks back to the days of 'real journalism" and not these days of "talking heads". It would have even been better for them to use Christane Amnapour or Ashley Banfield(who got disgusted and went to court TV)
