Her announcement to make the court hearings and trial as public as possible was likely just a tactic to get him to settle before all his dirty laundry gets aired across the nation. I got the impression that her lawyer has a whole lot of info to destroy him to their kids and family (and the nation) if it goes to trial... He'll settle soon if he has a few living brain cells in his head and is listening to his lawyer's advice...
