What exactly did Charlie Black say?
First of all, since Admiral McCombover did not distance himself from Black, it is safe to assume he agrees with his comments.

Also, since no one in the GOP have distanced themselves from his comments, it's also safe to assume the Party stands behind their candidate and his staff.

So, what did Charlie Black say, exactly?

Charles R. Black Jr., one of McCain's most senior political advisers, said in an interview with Fortune magazine that a fresh terrorist attack "certainly would be a big advantage to him."

--Washington Post

He said a terrorist attack would "be a big advantage to him". The "him" had to mean McCain.

Not the country, but McCain.

The GOP are looking forward to another attack on the country and/or her citizens because it would benefit only them and not the country or the people.

Thank you Charlie Black for clearing that up.

1. Nailed it.
Horatio Blowharder and his party of washed-up, dried-out, wizened, emotionally bankrupt, expedience-worshiping, Mammon-sucking, pig-ignorant little sacs of selfishness can go - in the immortal words of a National Lampoon cartoon from 32 years ago - fuck themselves in the nose with rifle-cleaning equipment. These people don't deserve to be citizens, the raisin-hearted, jackbooted little fucking gang of vermin.

6. They will do whatever it takes to stay in power...
...up to and including betting that other people will die.

4. "These people don't deserve to be citizens..."
So true.

They do nothing to earn it or anything worthy of having it.

In fact, I would even venture to say the reason they hate immigrants so much is because immigrants work so very hard for so very long to do whatever it takes to become citizens, whereas the GOP expect benefits without any sacrifice or real participation.

Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits.

5. Apparently, they want another Admiral in the family.
Admiral McCombover is a privateer in a family of military men.

What a disgrace, I wonder what his dad or grandfather would think of him if they saw him now lusting after war?

Such vanity looking to decorate his chest with pretty ribbons.
