To find your elected officials, please enter your ZIP Code.

Keep your calls to your legislators' offices short and polite. Whether or not they agree with you, what is important is that the staffers know you are a constituent, and that you want your legislator to hold lawbreaking telcoms accountable.

I'm a constituent and I urge you to oppose telecom immunity.

Vote "no" on the FISA Amendments Act, which contains blanket immunity for telecoms that cooperated in warrantless government spying. It is very important to me that Americans have their day in court against lawbreaking telecoms.

Supporters of telecom immunity will tell you the bill is a compromise but it’s not. The changes have been purely cosmetic, and your constituents can see right through it. False compromises that grant the telephone companies immunity for participating in warrantless wiretapping are unacceptable.

When you have completed your call, please help us track the progress of our campaign by logging it though the link below your Senator's phone number.

Nothing like wasting your time talking to some staffer who could be less then concerned about something as unimportant as the US Constitution!

5. That is the cloture vote that ended the filibuster. Amendments will be offered next.
And, amendments may remove telecom immunity from the bill, if successful.
But, we still will have a situation where the entire fiber optic data stream is tapped.
And, we still will have a situation where you must trust the watchers to only watch what the law allows.
And, we still will have a situation where you must trust the watchers to NOT send the stream outside US jurisdiction,
where they can legally watch EVERYTHING, including the Obama campaign!!
