1. There continues to be no such thing as a 'surgical air strike'.
Our keepers sanitize our wars for us so we don't have a repeat of the '60s.

2. Oh well
Lose some, lose some more. No biggie. Toss the surviving relatives a couple thousand dollars and select the next target. They only understand money anyway.

Fuckin' A.

3. How do we know it was the wrong house?
I didn't catch that it was the wrong house, I think somebody on scene cracked a joke about it "being the wrong one" but the next guy laughed like "ya, sure, oh oh,".

5. I think you're right.
There would be no way for the soldiers to know that only seconds after the explosion. They were just joking around. However, that was no "surgical" strike. The strike made a lot of collateral damage from the looks of the video.

12. They could know whether it was the one they asked to be bombed
Even if they couldn't be sure the "right people" were inside. But if it were the "wrong house" I don't think they'd be joking around, they'd be figuring out their next move.

But the point stands about "surgical" strikes. If they had doctors parachuting in and going at the "bad guys" with scalpels... THAT would be a surgical strike!

10. Could someone drop high explosive ordinance in your neighborhood without terrorizing everyone?

14. they were awfully disgusting
I wonder how many of the folks applauding this bombing also think George Carlin's infamous 7 words are obscene?

11. Because it looked like about 8 houses were either flattened or damaged
And after the strike the guy who called it in said oops.

13. I heard someone say oops
couldn't make out much of the rest of the conversation. Don't know that the guy who said Oops was the guy who called in the strike.

You're presuming a lot here, I think.

15. "surgical"- oh yes, but the patient died-
the foolish word games to hide the filthy ugly reality.

We murder and terrorize innocent people.

Ugly, pathetic reality.
