The front passenger seat in my car have a sensor that detects the weight of an occupant. The car sounds an alarm if it detects someone in the front seat without a seatbelt on.
Why not put similar senors in the seats of Congress, to detect whether their useless, fat asses are in the seats, instead of having to rely on quorum calls?
