One of the lowest life forms is someone who swears loyalty to George W Bush? |
|
I have no respect for any of them. And that seems to include the entire Republican Party? They all hang together in order to avoid hanging separately. They stand like good soldiers behind their President, the criminal. Right or wrong, legal or illegal, they do not dare to veer from their loyalty. It is a fluke of nature which I cannot explain or understand. And they know what they do. It's a puzzle to me how anyone could swear loyalty to someone like George W Bush?

1. It's not so much loyalty to Bush... |
|
..it's hatred of liberals and refusing to admit that liberals/democrats could be right about anything. So while it started out as simply supporting the republican candidate and then republican president, once it was apparent that liberals were right and this guy was a dunce who was going to screw up the country, then they dug in deeper and heavier, and stronger until it becamse complete and total defense of everything Bush did or does, ever. But make no mistake about it, it's not about him in the least bit. He's just the one who was put out there as the figurehead.

2. They aren't loyal to him |

They're loyal to his backers.
They back Bushco, they profit. If people are killed or maimed in the process, so what?
It's the American way, you know.

And it's so true.
The Constitution was born on the fear of the lower classes demanding equal treatment. Our nation was carved from the bodies of millions of indigenous people. Our empire continues only on the fear of the world of our nukes.
What a grand country we are.

6. Exempting Barney, of course. |

A dog has no choice but to be undyingly loyal -- even to a shrub.
