Poll question: "The Rift" ......... is it real or is it a media concoction?
"The former president is angry."

"President Clinton is angry with Senator Obama."

"Senator Clinton has little room to move."

They're reporting this shit like it was Brangelina or Brittany or Paris. I also have a problem thinking it is as bad or as deep as they're hinting .... if there is a rift at all. These people are all politicians. Like gangsters, they know ...... it ain't poisonal, its jus' bizniss.

Whuddayew t'ink?

1. You should have seen ABC News on this last night
Stephansnagglepus was salivating over the story. He was positively giddy with glee.

2. It's all the M$M making it up.
Clinton realizes the campaign is not about him and is Obama's party now. I'm sure Clinton will do what is asked of him.

5. LOL
The guys support for Obama amounts to having an aide announce he supports Obama.

Obviously it's real. But irrelevant, IMO.

6. It's like Greenwald's "Outfoxed"
the media has decided this is going to be a story and so they are repeating it ad naseum. They will do whatever they can to create a division in the Democratic party because the political media thrives on controversy and they want a horse race in November.

The other day Andrea Mitchell asked every guest whether Obama would help Clinton pay down her campaign debt. It was bordering on bizarre. While she got some good answers from the guests, her repetition of the question helps plant the idea that Obama can help her directly but he won't. It's their follow-up to Obama opting out of public financing.

And they want a horse race in November. If the race is decided before then then their ratings start dropping. They need to divide the Democratic party and create hard feelings in hopes that some support is withdrawn from Obama. If Obama goes down in the polls the political media will sit around and say that there is division in the party and that it is between Obama and Clinton supporters.

In other words, the political media needs a clusterfuck so they can feel relevant. It also creates a diversion away from what Bush is doing. See how that works?

9. The media is making shit up, and...
