1. To my way of thinking...
Telecoms don't have immunity until it's voted up. If it's never voted up, they never have immunity.

FISA is fine as it is, and this vote isn't about FISA anyway. It's about extending the Protect America Act (a misnomer if there ever was one).

2. Good point -- this is about immunity.
Randi just said there have been NO wiretap warrants issued since August?

What does that mean -- that they're not doing wiretaps (doubtful) or that they're just going ahead as-is?
