House Judiciary Committee prepares to subpoena Mukasey.
Yesterday, a House Judiciary subcommittee voted 5-2 to authorize a subpoena to Attorney General Michael Mukasey. The subpoena regards “records concerning the Valerie Plame Wilson investigation, allegations of selective prosecution, the New Hampshire phone jamming scandal, and the replacement of Minnesota’s U.S. Attorney.” House Judiciary Committee chairman John Conyers (D-MI) also sent a letter to Mukasey telling him to stop stonewalling a GAO investigation into the politicization of the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division.

4. Feinstein and Schumer
Were two of them. I picked those two names first because they were the two Democrats on the Senate Judiciary committee who voted with the Republicans.

"Despite appearing troubled by Mukasey's refusal to declare in public that waterboarding was illegal torture, Schumer announced on November 2 that he would vote to confirm Mukasey. Schumer said that Mukasey assured him in a private meeting that he would enforce any law declaring waterboarding illegal. Schumer also said that Mukasey told him Bush would have "no legal authority" to ignore such a law."

'In November 2007, Feinstein was one of only six Democrats to vote to confirm Michael Mukasey as Attorney General.'
