Conyers subpoenas DoJ for scandal documents.»

House Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers (D-MI) issued a subpoena today to the Department of Justice for documents related to a variety of Bush administration scandals, including the Valerie Plame leak investigation, the U.S attorney scandal, the politicization of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division, and the prosecution of former Alabama Gov. Don Siegelman. Read the full subpoena at link~

2. Watch Mukase refuse to enforce the subpenas
Good for Conyers for trying. I don't think we're going to get anywhere until we have a new AG. I only hope Obama sticks with what he's said about investigating wrong-doing under *.

3. I think the hearings yesterday pissed Conyers off big time.
Listening to the audio on Randi's show has me fuming too.

These criminals are going to fall HARD after the possibility of a pardon has passed, and they know it.

6. oh, warren, don't ask tough questions.
Such a skeptic.

Hey, maybe they'll actually get some law enforcement to enforce the law. There's a concept! (PS, I kid; I share your skepticism)

5. This will be interesting...how will Congress enforce?
And will the republicon homlelanders employ their private christo-fascist mercenary armies (funded with our tax dollars) against America to block any attempt at enforcement?

Come on America! I am pulling for you and the Constitution against the cabal of Republicon Homelanders...
