The World’s Top 20 Public Intellectuals- according to Foreign Policy Review Mag.
US international affairs journal polled its readers
and after 500,000 votes the results are in

The top 10 public intellectuals in this year’s reader poll are all Muslim. The ideas for which they are known, particularly concerning Islam, differ significantly. It’s clear that, in this case, identity politics carried the day.
Stephen Colbert got an honorable mention.


Link to the list of the top 20, I knew of some of the top ten but not all.
