4. i think george harrison would've loved to hear this. he was a big fan of the ukulele.
i read somewhere that he would always travel with at least a couple of ukuleles...one for him and one to pass out to friends.

one side is just soloes, including a version of Goodbye Porkpie Hat, which I saw him do live in a Buddhist monastery. pretty indescribable

other side is one song, w/mostly Indian instrumentation. I have it on vinyl, but haven't been able to play it for probably 25 years.

he played on several of Miles Davis' early electric albums, including Bitches Brew, as well as with Tony Williams.

there's also a youtube with him playing with Johnny Carson's band, and that's pretty unusual, too.

then there's Mahavishnu......

Shakti, and innumerable other combinations, including some sessions (one?) with Jimi Hendrix, which I think have never been released.

Who played the uke in the most amazing way. Like this guy, rock, country, classical, flamenco, really amazing.
