Genoa, 2001: Bush's first G8 summit.
This was the new President's debut on the world stage. I remember a foreign dignitary being interviewed on CNN. He was asked his impression of Bush. He wanted to be honest, but couched his remark in marvelous "diplomat-speak". He answered, "I found him to be incredibly unprepared to discuss the issues."

Does anyone think that anything has changed in eight years?
