Happy wedding anniversary Jimmy and Rosalyn Carter!

Happy wedding anniversary Jimmy and Rosalyn Carter!
62 years ago today a great union was made that served its country in great style and substance, even if many in this country can't fully appreciate what you gave to us (a better reputation for our country then that hopefully we will get back on human rights), and ALMOST gave to us that might have saved the world (an emphasis on solar technology and other renewable energy that could have made global warming a lot less of a problem now).

I certainly revere what happened 62 years ago today than what happened 62 years ago yesterday, when the cause of much of today's world problems was born then.

Let's focus on the good events of what happened then, so that we can focus on what good things can happen today and in the future!

Imagine if America and the World had followed their advice on a whole range of issues, from reducing fossil fuels, to balancing the budget to peace in the Middle East.

A great man. A brilliant man. Truly a compassionate and wise leader.

I remember when the media were HORRIFIED that Rosalynn MADE her Inaugural Ball Gown!

I thought that was something to be proud of -- a woman with real life skills.
