More full spectrum information warfare, The Surge is working: Liberated Iraqis pimping their rides!
According to something called "AZFAMILY" Channel 3 in Phoenix, AZ, (coincidentally, home state of John "Surge" McCain) among the "many freedom's granted to Iraqis" after the overthrow of Saddam was the freedom to pimp their rides.

"The end of Saddam Hussein's rule granted many freedoms to Iraqis, among them the right to decorate their cars," AZFAMILY informs us. Even though we've been there for five years it was, strangely, just last year when Iraqis were finally able to exercise their inalienable rights to speed around Baghdad in their souped up gas guzzlers without the threat of death (no worries about high gas prices in Iraq!) Funny how this particular freedom happens to coincide with the "Surge."

Mission Accomplished. Take that Obama!
