Specter caves again!
He says he is against, but RELUCTANTLY will vote FOR the FISA bill.

What an idiot.

Talk about a two-faced bumbling lock-step walking zombie.

Specter is the reason the Medicare bill did not pass.

I really think he is hardwired this way. Talk against something, yet when it comes time to vote, vote FOR it.

Jerk!

1. LOL! I'd be disappointed in any other outcome from Arlen. I like his consistency.

6. Exactly
He should just have a sign - I am Arlen Specter - As you know, I will talk against any bill I dislike, then I am compelled to vote for it. Just hardwire my vote button with the Repub Group Lockstep button.

3. If he didn't, he wouldn't be Arlen Specter. Why does he bother to talk?

4. He does it every single time. Big talk, dumb vote. My question is, Why?
Why does he even bother? What's the point?

5. Specter has a long history of wanting it both ways, heck of wanting every way all at once.
He is a walking talking oxymoron.

8. On the Rethuglican Side:
some of them posture as if they had a mind of their own and then vote the rethuglican party line.

On the Democratic Side:
some of them posture as if they were a member of an opposition party and then vote the rethuglican party line.

10. Senator Grandstand strikes again
Big talk followed by meek acquiescence. As predictable as the sun coming up in the east.
