Where is everyone in the Senate chamber?

They're doing a roll call and it looks like almost no one is there.

they slip in for a vote when the bell rings and then slip off for luncheons with lobbyists

2. I think they went to lunch and a weekly meeting and then they're

supposed to come back to vote on FISA.

I heard Reid say around 2:15 PM but looks like they're late.

But they're doing a roll call and I don't see anyone. They must be there, though, because they're announcing ayes and nays.
