8. Yes, Matt Blunt is gay.

I went to school with him and he "showed" in the shower and in shorts a LOT. He was a little weird, ant toyed with himself while looking at other guys.

I have no problems with gays, but Matt Blunt was the hypocrite that WAS gay and tried to pass laws against it. He used religion as a platform to suppress others.

honestly after everything else that's happened, that most Repubes are gay. Especially those who greatly tout their religiousness. Seriously, I would have a tougher time believing Elton John is gay over most super Christian Repubes.

There are also lots of rumors about his affair(s) with women. The latest has him hooked up with his former press secretary.

I think that the reason he's not running for office is the both he and the 'Pugs realized a year or two ago that Blunt boy didn't have a chance in hell of winning reelection, so a quiet deal was made. Blunt would back out gracefully and Kenny Hulshoff would come in to offer up some stiff competition to Nixon. It will work also, since Hulshoff isn't tainted by the Blunt administration, and he has a good rep among Missourians.

Frankly, at this point I don't care why Blunt is leaving, just that he leaves. But it's going to be a tough row to hoe to keep Hulshoff out of Jeff City. Furthermore, he might just be using this as a springboard to the White House.

But hopefully Boy Blunt will just quietly fade into obscurity.
