2. FISA and Kennedy.

You can imagine what he said about FISA, but he added (in response to a question from the host) that he trusts Obama with the Constitution.

Said that in 34 years he had never experienced a more emotional, powerful moment than when Ted Kennedy walked onto the floor today. He said EVERYBODY stood and cheered, and although technically applause isn't allowed, even the 'powers that be' were up on their feet cheering. Not a dry eye in the house.

There was no other good news today and M$M gave us a fleeting 15 seconds.
