Did Kucinich have his press conference releasing the content of the Impeachment
Article?

This could be the one to get the ball rolling. Conyers doesn't move because Pelosi keeps her thumb on him. She said today that the Judiciary may hold hearings.

Impeachment Hearings in the Judiciary Committee is where it begins. As Impeachment Hearings, the War Criminals cannot claim executive privilege.

Has he released the content? I know he will be introducing them to the floor around 3 or 4, but was planning a presser to give details.

3. not yet--it's about Bush lying to Congress to go to war
the strongest charge of all (against Congress). That's why Pelosi might hold hearings. It's a serious charge, in her estimation.

(I know, I'm giving her way too much credit--I'm sure she'll try and wiggle out if she can.)

5. I think it is this:
His 35 offered up, had they been investigated, would find many Dems tangled up with the charges.

Kucinich promised to return in a month with 60 Articles, probably even more damning.

I think Kucinich forced her to accept one. One that won't harm Dems in Congress.

12. Exactly. That was the whole reason to reduce it to one.
This Congress is complicit into too many things that have happened. The one thing they aren't is the lies told by the administration using the Office of Special Plans and it's Iraqi exiles.

11. Does anyone know when he's up? I've had the House proceedings on
and they've nearly put me to sleep.

Except for the moment when I wondered how Republicans can keep nattering about free markets but they expect Nancy to resolve the energy "crisis".
