Who are you angrier with, repubs or Democrats?
I am always pissed off at the repubs, but lately I've been quite pissed off about the Democrat's lack of action against these monsters, from no impeachment right on down the line. Deeply disappointed too.

I've always voted Democratic, always, all my life, my parents too, but here lately, they are really cheesing me off royally.

than those they consider rotten eggs to begin with

Hurt (and disappointment) can manifest itself as anger

I try to listen for the hurt behind a person's angry rants....people can get angry and it blow over...but if the anger is really hurt (from continual disregard, unmet expectations, being taken for granted) then it's harder to just blow over.. and resentment can take root. It's the resentment that has the potential to grow and forever change how a person views another person - or an event.

I'm seeing a lot of resentment in people these days...not just DU...in real life.

My way of saying I think it all goes beyond anger

sorry for the ramble...your fault :) you got me pondering

2. Yes. I am angry with politicians in general. I am angry with the MSM. Just generally angry!
I am angry with people who vote against their best interests. angry with people who don't pay attention. No shortage of anger here!

3. The (R)'s, but the (D)'s are squandering their position rapidly.
Sad, real sad the D's aren't doing what the voters counted on them to do.

4. I'm biased. I expect much less from Republicans.
I'd like to believe the Democrats are doing all this (or NOT doing all this) is for some great payoff down the road but it's getting harder and harder as the months tick by to think this is for anything other than personal political gain. And though I expect such from Pols of all sorts, I don't expect the D's to completely sell out me and mine when doing so.

5. Democratic leadership atm.
Many Dem's are on the right path, but some are not. I blame the weak and/or corrupt leadership of Pelosi, and Reid. I had high hopes for both, both are screaming failures. Both these enablers have done nothing with the opportunity afforded them by the voters in 2006. Theres a reason Congress has such a low approval rating. People voted for change, and basically got shit on.

7. Drastic change needs to happen. Even more drastic than Obama
is suggesting. We no longer have a country that is a democratic republic. We live under fascism that is controlled by the corporations and neither party is willing to do a damn thing about it. :dem:

8. I'm with you.
we know what to expect from repigs...corporate leaning, dollar driven for the few and f&ck the needy. When democrats show the same stripes, it really cheeses me off.

9. I have hated the repubs since grade school. I have never seen any reason to change
but I am very disappointed with the Dems in congress for not taking the fight to the enemy - because that is what the republicans are, the enemy. They have no problem with using any means to take and keep power, and destroy the Democratic Party in any way they can.
Democrats seem to have the idea that they can be above all this shit and still survive and win.

If the Dems in congress are waiting for a payoff, maybe we should each send them a dollar.

10. Not Even Close...
I cannot think of a single positive thing the repugnicans have done since Teddy Roosevelt. There are few problems I see that haven't been caused by the repugnicans...and they continue to obstruct and pillage. They represent the worst in government in all ways and the past 7 1/2 years have proven once and for all what a phony and corrupt "ideology" they claim to represent.

There are plenty of stones I can cast at the Democrats in the house...the whole FISA fiasco as a case in point, but in many ways the good they've done has been outweighed by many good things this Congress has done and tried to do...from S-CHIP to Veterans care to more money for health and education...issues that fly under the radar but affect millions.

Many had high expectations...to high...considering the hole this country has dug itself into. The beltway changes slowly and Democrats have had to claw their way back up in a town entrenched by privilidge and arrogance. They've had to battle a regime that has obstructed at every step of the way and have exploited Democratic weaknesses.

I, too come from a family of life-long Democrats...my own views formed in the late 60's and early 70's...but for years I tried to give the GOOP a chance. Now there's no way I'd ever vote for a repugnican...even for dog catcher.

As my tag line says it all...

Cheers...

11. The Democrats, actually
I expect the Republicans to act as bigoted, greedy thugs who would eagerly trash the Constitution in pursuit of a buck. I expect the Democrats not to.

Which group has not lived up to these expectations?

13. I am angry with Republicrats...
...a coalition of DINO's and Republicans that have sold this nation down the river. I remain delighted by actual Democrats -- e.g., Boxer, Feingold, Kennedy, Kucinich.

It would be a disaster to do anything less than fully support our Democratic candidates, because even the Dino's side more often with progressive issues than any Republican. The Republican Party has bankrupted this nation, morally and financially. A strong majority of Democrats and Dino's, plus an actual Democrat in the White House, would not have done anything as close to the destructiveness and corruption that underlies the Bush administration and their goose-stepping brown shirt Republicans in Congress.

Which is all too frequently.

I think in the long run Democrats are better for this country than Republicans, but the whole system is fucked and needs a serious overhaul.

I'm not "angry" at republicans; they are just being who and what they are. Why be angry about that? I disagree; I stand in firm opposition; but I'm not angry.

I'm angry at Democrats because they seem so willing to BECOME FUCKING REPUBLICANS.

I'm angry at Democrats because I feel betrayed. It's personal.

It's not just elected Democrats I'm angry at, either. I'm angry at Democratic voters who keep supporting candidates and elected officials who are willing to give away the bank. I'm angry at voters who do not support and vote for the best, the highest democratic ideals. I'm angry at democratic voters who are willing to betray democratic ideals to follow a candidate into fucking republican territory. I'm angry at democrats who are willing to leave blue behind, and become purple.

I'm angry at democratic voters who are not willing to hold their elected officials, and their candidates, accountable for democratic values.
