1. Look where it got us, nowhere |
|
Twenty years and we have uncontrolled debt, uncontrolled war, uncontrolled imports, and uncontrolled wealth for a few.
And mouth breathers still think Repugs are all about defending us from terra.

2. More Imporant...1994-2007 |
|
The GOOP had control of the House and for a good chunk of the time were in control of the Senate as well. They rammed through a lot of the legislation that we're paying for now. It's the Gramms and DeLays and Gingrichs that made Clinton's life hell and then became a rubber stamp for boooshie boy. They've attempted to revise history this year, but facts are the blood is on their hands and voters aren't being fooled.
I'd love to see a breakout on that recent poll about the unpopularity of the house. Of that 9%, ya gotta think if you took a look at the inside numbers, the GOOP would be flirting with negatives.
It's a game we'll never win, Don...the repugnicans will remain the party of ireesponsibilty and revisionism. The hope is that more than enough people going to the polls in November know this.

3. As soon as George II leaves office, the right-rights will start the |
|
process of making him into a saint. First, Ron - The Great Communicator, then George I, followed by the Evil Clinton, then America set right again by George II.
I finally believe Obama may actually be elected President, and when that happens, there will be a storm of rightist pissing and moaning the like of which we have never seen, even in the Clinton times.
And they will begin to actually believe that the Bush's were good presidents.
