we'll have them in control of the courts for years to come - the legacy of Reagan-Bush appointing partisan hacks to lifetime positions.

And, I don't mean just the Supreme Court, but the lower federal courts are almost all dominated by Republican appointees. So, I expect a lot of big wins in Congress to be overturned by the courts.
