36. They've already done that in the school district I live in. Cameras and cell lphones with

cameras are banned from school. A student can get a two-day suspension for disobeying that ban.

Most school personnel are ignoring that ban. The students have been told that they can have the cameras and cell phones with cameras as long as they keep them in their backpacks...

Their ostensensible reason is that students could use the cameras to cheat by taking photos of tests and passing them on.

However, there have been instances where students have caught questionable tactics and behaviors by school personnel and resource officers in other states.

I have to wonder just how much that knowledge played into the vote by the school board. With no photos or video to back up the student, it would be harder to prove a student's case.

You will be detained, you will be charged, but at no time will you be told you are under arrest - no matter how many times you ask. It happened to me in January.

What's funny, is now the jerk who had the EASY assignment of tailing Kokesh around (because Adam's not a effing terrorist) now will get reassigned since Adam knows his face, and he's been shown on youtube - and a NEW undercover guy will be following him...

if any of you don't think they actually would use 50 grand a year to cover this ONE guy, guess again, it's the essence of Gov't waste! Remember them putting people in the peace groups back years ago??? Spying on citizens who are trying to make Gov't clear and open is their favorite thing...

I remember that vid a few months ago, or maybe longer, where this guy driving in the US was stopped at a "checkpoint" and he refused to cooperate. He just kept asking: "am I being detained". Since then a number of people have used this tactic. It is a great way of fighting against the police state.

I think, judging by what has been said and documented, that this agent was following Kokesh. That brings another dimension and frankly, even more troubling idea - why would they be following Kokesh?

35. Yeah, this whole thing seems a litte *too* coincidental for my taste

It wouldn't surprise me in the least that the police, at someones behest, are putting these veterans under surveillance. At this stage, I think we should expect it and be ready to combat it within the legal system.

Beyond that, I'm taken back with the police not doing their homework on who they were supposed to be surveiling. Kokesh isn't one to back down and knows what his legal rights are - he isn't just going to stand by and be intimidated by this behavior. For them to confront him like they did in the OP's video just shows how reckless and haphazard they are conducting themselves.

Good for Kokesh and good for all of the vets out there who aren't standing by and towing the line that they are supposedly supposed to follow.
