More bad words from Jesse Jackson - what is Faux Snooze trying to pull here?
Now Faux is claiming that Jesse used the 'N' word when he criticized Obama. Why didn't they tell us this last week? Are they trying to get as much mileage as possible out of this story? Good grief, how transparent can they be here?

The Rev. Jesse Jackson used the N-word during a break in a TV interview where he criticized presidential candidate Barack Obama, Fox News confirmed Wednesday.

The longtime civil rights leader already came under fire this month for crude off-air comments he made against Obama in what he thought was a private conversation during a taping of a "Fox & Friends" news show.

In additional comments from that same conversation, first reported by TVNewser, Jackson is reported to have said Obama was "talking down to black people," and referred to blacks with the N-word when he said Obama was telling them "how to behave."

Though a Fox spokesman confirmed the TVNewer's account to The Associated Press, the network declined to release the full transcript of the July 6 show and did not air the comments.

1. Sure. FOX is so naive that they don't understand that it's different when an African-American uses
the term.

If you believe that, I have a bridge to sell you in Brooklyn.

2. Well you can be sure Billy O' NEVER says that word.
Or the C word. Or the F word. Not O' Billy. Foxnews is still on the air? Ack.

3. I think you're right. And it just proves how little material they have to work with...
...that they need to stretch this story out for so long. Oh, well. They just have to work with what they've got if they're going to keep pandering to right wing bigots who don't have the stones to come right out and admit how much they detest the idea of an African American president.

If only some fresh new Jeremiah Wright would commit an outrageous sin--like telling the truth about race relations in America, for instance--that Fuck Snooze could exploit, in order to remind their audience how inferior blacks are. But no such luck, so, for now, they'll just have to ration out the Jesse Jackson crap, bit by bit.

4. Their numbers must be tanking.
I see that Brian Lamb is going to run an interview with Brit Hume, which is pretty much like your left hand shaking your right hand.

lol

5. I say BS
If they really had it on tape they would be playing it over and over. Hell they would be creaming themselves everytime they played it.

6. It's not just Fox. CNN is carrying the story also.

8. If Jesse didn't say that...
Edited on Thu Jul-17-08 06:51 AM by dems_rightnow
.... he'll deny it, knowing they don't have it on tape, calling their bluff.

If he doesn't deny it, it's a strong indicator that he knows he can't.
